A lo largo de todos los años de colaboración se está investigando sobre el aprovechamiento de un nuevo recurso alimentario en las zonas rurales: los hongos silvestres comestibles. El objetivo  es garantizar el acceso, el uso, la gestión sostenible y la conservación del recurso micológico como fuente de alimento.
